As a Technical Translator you will:
- translate software, online and printed documentation and other technical material from English into your native language,
- edit documents translated into your native language,
- proofread final projects,
- test localized software,
- coordinate the translation team for various projects in your native language,
- support free-lance translators in your native language,
- prepare translation kits for the translation team,
- manage the terminology database.
As a Technical Translator you are:
- a native speaker,
- an experienced translator or recent graduate of a university translation program,
- computer literate,
- a team player with good communication skills,
- interested in new technologies and new translation tools.
